What I would be doing if I wasn't a Bodybuilder
Drinking and Eating way too much (what I was doing before I started
competing)

Long Term Bodybuilding/Fitness Ambitions
I have a few in no particular order

1) Do the NPC Body Rock and place in the top five.
2) Get my pro card with an Natural Organization.
3) Compete for as long as I'm able "God willing".

What I like most about Bodybuilding
The feeling I get when I'm on stage and hearing my wife's voice yelling "Go Baby". Watching my two year old son hit the ab & thigh poise when I call it (my little man).

What I dislike most about Bodybuilding
The last week of contest prep.

Advice I would give other competitors
Try to have fun and include your family in contest prep. It makes life a whole lot easier. If your married try to get your husband/wife involved (do not exclude them). Stay clear of negative people with nothing positive to say about bodybuilding endeavors.

A little more about me...
I'm kind of a home body, I enjoy chilling at home with the family. I always wanted to compete in bodybuilding but didn't think I had what it takes. I thought I had to look like the guys in the Flex Magazine. It wasn't until I entered the 2002 AST World Championships Physique Transformation Contest and saw the change I made in 12 weeks. My wife (Donna) and Susan Brunson convinced me that I could do it (compete in bodybuilding). The rest as they say is history.
